Someone posted a great link in the security forum that's a dead link now.

It gave a list of options to turn off in XP to keep it from calling home. Obvious ones like no auto-update and no auto-downloading codecs, but a bunch others.

Since that site's down, does anyone have any similar sites?

I already posted over there that the second link that Fredra posted was still good. Just scroll down the page until you see the software listed...It's pretty far down.

I did a search on google and only found the german versions for it. but I do have the file in english ver on my HDD
