sguide_tweak_98_ME Now my hard drive runs?

I downloaded and intalled the above tweak sguide_tweak_98_ME and now my hard drive seems to run when going from page to page?
Is this normal? It didn't before?
any ideas?

Hopefully your hard drive is running all the time. From time to time my fan (in the laptop) will get stuck in the “on” position and I have to reboot to get it back to normal. Is that what you mean? Hopefully your fan is on all the time as well (or your machine will burn up) unless it's a lap top and then the fan comes on when the temp gets too high.

i could see this happening

if you have a small amount of ram and the tweak increased your rwin to the point where the data being recieved was larger than the amount of ram available to you at that time then some of that data might be put onto the harddrive...............this would be quite a stretch, but you never know


or the tweak might have increased your overall speeds to the point where data has to go to disk before or after it is processed


who knows web pages are pretty small..........what is your setup cpu ram ect.:rolleyes: :cool: :p ;) :D :o :( :)

You probably need more ram on your comp.
