I recently sold a Westell WireSpeed DMT ADSL modem to someone in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Someone in dslreports.com (http://www.dslreports.com) said that this modem will work with the infrastructure that Bell South has in place as long as the VPI/VCI settings were set to 0/35, respectively. This person is having difficulties getting the modem to connect with his service. Does anyone know if the VPI/VCI settings I instated in the modem are incorrect? Is there anything else I should instruct this person to do? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
