Can You Network An Apple And A Mac

If you have and an apple G4 and and sony laptop is it possible to share an internet connection through a linksys etherfast cable/dsl router? Could you do it with two separate ip addresses?

You can share an internet connection through a linksys router...I've done it on numerous occasions for several people. It's just a matter of setting both the apple and the sony network settings to obtain an ip dynamically, then setting up the router with the appropriate information from your isp. The whole setup shouldn't take any more than about 20 minutes...hope this helps :)
