Sharing Internet Access - 2 Computers

I want to share internet access between two computers. I have a Netgear 4 port Hub and I dont know how to do it I have the accessiors needed. When I try to share windows comes up with a error saying it's having a conflict and then it says my ip. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any Help would be appricated.

You have to either enable ICS on one of your machines and make the other machine point to it to get to the net, or get a router to share your Internet line with both machines.
