If you really need them, you can get an exe file from Microsofts web site.

If your puter is new enough, you should be able to boot from your cdrom. Check your bios.

put a floppy in your A:\ drive, go into my computer, right click the A:\ drive and choose format. In the formay screen it has a option to make a MS-DOS startup disk.
