System Restore on xp

i cant find where to make a save of safe point or where to get in to it just the option part in contral ???? help guys i wanna delet some crap of my pc but i wanna make a safe point 1st

Easiest way is to get TweakXP, but you can click: start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore
