Under that branch, select the key :

{D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF}

I used scheduled tasks and should of never deleted it. Do you know where I can get it from again? I don't want to reinstall XP and I have backed up my registry after deleting that key.. PLEASE help!

Create a new key with the same name at the same place and you should be fine. Reboot to make the change work.:)
