Win 98 Tweaks gone after install XP?

I have most of the tweaks installed running on WIN 98. I will upgrade to XP with the upgrade disc. Will my current tweaks be gone after I install XP?

Pretty sure they go "bye bye" since you get a new registry with XP.

Figured that. No sense in not replacing registry.

Then we haul ass on some xp tweaks.
