Fake Busy Phone Line!!!!!!

i need some help with my internet connection dialup
well the problem is....i always get tat my ISP line is Busy
when i dial its beeps up 5 time and disconnects.....
to make sure tat my ISP'z line is busy i dialed the same number
with my normal Phone it beeped 6-7 times and then i could hear
the handshaking tone.
well it looks to me that my isp ppl r playing smart
and not letting evry one to connect in..even when their servers r free
even at night time the trafic is vry low.

i need some help guys.can i edit the registry some ware
so that my modem waits for 6-7 beeps before tellin tat the phone line is
busy

They have a line that doesn't function.

Call with your second line to make that one busy.

Now call with your computer.

And tell them that one of their lines doesn't answer and how you can connect by using this procedure.

One way to trick it would be by adding pauses to the number to dial. Say adding four pauses before the modem attempts to find a carrier signal, instead of letting it hang up if it hears a busy tone. Try doing this:

Dialup number: 1-212-555-0123,,,,

At the end of the commas, the modem then attempts to look for a carrier signal, hopefully four commas is long enough for the modem to wait before it tries to connect.
