Cable Sharing

Hi,
I'm having problems unistalling ICS, the add remove components/windows component(internet tools) doesn't show ics but its installed on my system. I see the sharing option in the properties of my ethernet card. Does anyone have any idea how to unistall it. Also will Wingate work without uninstalling ICS(I will try out anyways) and well ICS sharing is not functioning at all for me...Any clues..the tips on this site aren't working.

goto control panel/system/device manager/adapters
you'll see ICS there. you might want to check your configuration on your nic cards to make sure you dont have static 192.168 ip in the tcp/ip properties
