hi, i noticed that when i first started using DSL i my download speed was about 500kbps close to what I signed up for...

but recently it has dropped to about 128-200 kbps... i tried installing some patches.. but no help... seems like my 128kbps upload is faster than my 764kbps download! can anyone help?!

Are you on pppoe?
What are your system specs?

Running gah Windows ME :(

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 256960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240


So i change my default receive window (RWIN)...
from 256960 to 64240 ?

sorry i'm a newbie :/

I am not on PPOE
service package is Verizon DSL 764/128
