Browser/OS = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)

TCP options string = 020405b40103030001010402

MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which is equal to MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 51100
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 51100
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2044 kbps (255.5 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 817.6 kbps (102.2 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 52 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT RWIN u would recomend for my new OS (under profile) this rwin--->51100 was recomened from u before.. just testing it-but it was256960 beforeI have ALL THE SPEEDGUIDE PATCHES FOR XP ----

tcp/ip analyser is not a speed test

test 560640, 566480

In cablenut adjuster be sure to have these :

InitialLargerBufferCount- 48
InitialMediumBufferCount- 96
InitalSmallBufferCount-150
LargerBufferSize-40960
MaxFastTransmit-2
MediumBufferSize- 1805
PriorityBoost-0 or 10
SmallBufferCount- 430
Transmitworker 32
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 99
MaxConnectionsPerServer = 99

after modifications, save to registry at bottom, confirmation, close with done, reboot and have a speed test

Bring up Cablenuts adjuster inside Cablenut on desktop the numbers below go in 3 places in W2k and XP, they are: DefaultReceiveWindow, TcpWindowSize, GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize, take out number that is in there and put in one of these, 1 at a time, try: 575232 or 578160 or 574496

You do not have to show me but check analyzer here at SG to make sure RWIN is in, you will see number right after (RWIN) on analyzer

At bottom click save to registry, and REBOOT each time you change value in adjuster or it will not work. Click on tools at top of IE, internet options, delete files and offline files (This is safe, temp files) and click on clear history after EVERY test . Quick speed test here (http://speedtest.umnet.umich.edu/)
Speedtest may open another browser, so check taskbar and close other, no other programs should be running, No AIM, ICQ, Virus scanner, Firewall, nothing
Once you find fast number for you, you want to save it, on file at top of adjuster click on that, save custom settings, put RWIN size in as name and click on save, now if you ever want these settins back, click on file, open custom settings file, and click on RWIN number, then click on save to registry at bottom, and REBOOT, your done. How to do real dowwnload test on help thread below in signature. This is all I recommend, if anyone else jumps in with something else, good luck, but it did not come from me

Also add NIC Buffer setting's in adjuster: These setting's are for people with Speedguide's speed patch installed.

InitialLargerBufferCount- 48
InitialMediumBufferCount- 96
InitalSmallBufferCount-150
LargerBufferSize-40960
MaxFastTransmit-0
MediumBufferSize- 1805
PriorityBoost-0
SmallBufferCount- 430

Priority Boost for XP 10

SAVE SETTING's so we do not have to do this again, directions above, good luck.

If you are not from USA go to www.testmyspeed.com and select test site close to you

Are you pulling the Rwins out of your hat? Because two of them are not multiples.;)

Latin, the ConnectionServer is for hitting the websites with multiple connections. SG tweak set it to either 6 and 10 or 99 like Piranha said. If the Rwins don't match, it's problably because you have timestamps. check if it's a 1 in the TCP13230pts box in the Cablenut Adjuster. Put 1 there if it's 3 or blank. :)

Crispy the last number was typo, should have been 574496 which is not a multiple but fast, sometimes I say 524176, it is not a multiple but one that Cablenut used in old patch, the point or bottom line is they are fast numbers, as for MaxConnections per server an other, SG's patches do not put in 6, or, 10, or 99
SG's web patch for 9x puts in 32 and 16, 2x & XP is 32 in both boxes, Speedcorp's patch puts in 99

latin, try RWIN 574496
