net_sendpacket error:WSAEINTR

when i play counterstrike after about 10 min it drops out of the game and gives me this error.
net_sendpacket error:WSAEINTR
system spec is
AMD k62-500
256 meg ram
windows XP PRO
56k external web exel modem(rockwell chipset)
4gig drive
matrox nvidia 16meg pci vidio card
on board sound
i think that should be enough info if anyone can help it would be great

Do you have a USB keyboard by chance?

This will probably make me sound retarded, but... I had the exact same problem in Quake3. It took me months to find a solution. I was beginning to wonder if someone was using an exploit on me. Anyways, after trying everything else, I swapped out my MS Internet Keyboard Pro USB for a PS2 keyboard and the problem was solved. Oddly enough, I have many other USB devices and a powered USB hub but the MS kbd was the only problem child.

I know that net_sendpacket error:WSAEINTR doesn't hint to a USB problem but I found nothing else would fix it.

Remove the QoS Packet Scheduler from your network properties.
