Is the demo any fun? I don't want to download it and say that it sucks. Not saying that it sucks but when I play it or try to play it if my comp can handle it.
its basically quake 3... and I have only played it a lil bit and its not that fun...

Yes the demo test is a whole lot of fun, very worth the download just scan Wolf servers in gamespy or the eye and see for your self.
Yes it uses the QIII engine but thats it, it's a totally diffrent game.

it's like a mix of Rogue Spear & Soldier Of Fortune...err something like that :P

It rocks...our Zombie Battalion server is packed quite often...many of our hard core UT CTF players are getting into Wolf.
It's very team based, you need to pick a role (soldier, lieutenant, medic, engineer) and keep at it for the sake of the team, it's not a "fly solo and score for yourself cuz you want high score" game. Also a choice of weapons for each role, with each role itself giving you difference choices to choose from also.
Takes a while to learn also, not like Quake3 where you can just pick up the RL and start shooting everywhere...there are many details and tools to use.
We are running the test demo on our server, as well as 3x UT servers. Cool web page with forum also.

The main thing that sucks about Wolfenstein (as with any team oriented game), you have loser kids that kill you even though you are on their team. We call them TKers (Team Killers) among many other flavorful names.
Other than that, I like it alot :D
where can i download this? I've downloaded a few from a few places but they were in a .bin form and I don't know what to do with that.

We have team killing turned off on our server, and also....turned the respawn time WAYYYY down...5 seconds for Allies, 10 seconds for Axis.
Agreed totally...TK'rs really suck....and RConsole will not work with test demo yet (not what I've found yet from my Quake3 bag of tricks)...so I can't kick/ban lamers.

sorry Pton but wrong one. I'm [Shmuu]OptimusPrime in counter-strike and just OptimusPrime in FA and any other mod.
