Do you really need to enter the cd-key in Q3? Does it do anything if we don't enter it. I'm asking because I had to reformat my whole computer and I couldn't save anything to a disk or anything so everything got deleted. And now I can't remember what happened to my cd-key. I havc the cd but not the cd-key.

I've seen a Q# key generator that turned out to be a trojan.
Make SURE you scan whatever you get.

e-donkey has got a few keygens, its worth having if you havnt already got it. Very good for files.

How does that key generator work anyway.
u first d/l it then double click on it to start the program then click on the generator button and it will generate a key for you to use. All u have to do now is write it down and then type it in when you start quake3. Make sure it isn't a trojan or anything else.

On the same subject... anyone know of a way to get a CD key gen for HL that actually works online :) i have one, but I wanna play with my brother and I can't It says CD key in use for whoever gets in last.
No key generators will work online!!!

Yep so true. I lost my HomeWorld CD Case... which reminds me damn dog lol. And I had to get a cd-key gen for it, and now... no more online play it sux. Playing on my little LAN gets boring after a while. Wish I could find that CD cover again... Ohh well
