How to reverse a registry patch?

Greetings! I would like to know if it is possible to reverse the changes made by the registry patch: sguide_tweak_98_ME_PPPoE and if so, what do I need to do? I am very pleased with the results of this patch but I am moving to the country and will lose my DSL connection and will have to revert back to dial up. Thanks in advance to all replies......Jake

Run back to default patch on patch page, it just takes out what SG patches put in :)
