No your capped, Speed test for you on help thread in sig, do this please:

Be sure to close other browser before taking speedtest, look in taskbar

At top where it says edit click and select, Select all,
Then go back to same edit button at top, click and select copy.
Come back to Speedguide, same thread you were on, in post reply box, with cursor blinking at begining of box go to top, edit, click, select paste, click, this will put information in box. Please X out your IP address, Thank you.:)

TCP options string = 020405ac0103030201010402

MTU = 1492
MTU seems to be optimized for PPPoE... If you are not on a PPPoE connection, consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.

MSS = 1452
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1452, which is equal to MSS.
MSS is optimized for PPPoE. If you are not on a PPPoE connection, consider increasing your MTU value.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 255552
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 63888
RWIN is a multiple of MSS

they capped me back in july..I was having probs connecting so i called and went thru the routine with them and they set up a tech to come out and fix. before he/she came to house i was back online...they messed with something and told my wife(i was working) that they slowed it down so i wouldn't have these probs again.
she told them i wouldn't be happy ...she's alwys right

Try RWIN's of 31944 or 63888 and see if it's better :)
