What are the promised speeds from your ISP on your connections ?

Mine is Bell Sympatico and they promise 960kbps(120Kbytes) download and 120kbps(15Kbytes) upload.

So I would think any tweaking done must meet thoose speeds or better to be any improvements.

Also take the TCP/IP Analyzer test to see what your current settings are. Post your speed test results as well.

I'am getting around 893kbps from the Sympatico test site.
The TCP Analyzer doesn't seem to report my settings correctly. See my other post "TCP Analyzer".
