ive got cable and im getting decent downloads speeds of like 1200 kbps but my upload is like 40 kbps...all the tweaks ive seen fix downloads...is there any way i can help my upload? i think it has something to do with latency..im not sure..and has anyone ever had any success complaining to their ISP?
