ftp Access timed out!!!!!!

I work with flashfxp or smartftp! I have a german provider called
t-online! When i connect to a special ftp, after 1 Minute it calls
time out! If i go on another computer with another provider on this ftp i can login with a 56 KB Modem!

Whats wrong??????


What for options i have to change????

Normal FTPs i can connect without any problem!!!

Have you tried getting on any other FTP sites using your t-online Internet connection?

Are you trying to log on through a proxy server? You've checked all your connection settings?

yes, i have no proxy server! I have read that the ftp i tried to
connect is a military server! Maybe t-online has blacklisted this server????? 160.136.61.197:21

I connected from my Internet line at work.

Perhaps your ISP has blocked access to this server, makes sense. Call your ISP and ask them about it.
