Good Hub

I Need a 10 port or more hub that has a switch and is pretty fast for 120bucks. any brands that are cheaper, yet still good?

Its either a switch or a hub, not both. You can get a good hub for $60. Linksys sells a switch for $60.

ok, im new to networking, what is the different between a hub and a switch. i though that you could buy a hub with a built in switch. If they are seprate, is one faster than the other?

yes a switch would be faster than a hub when connecting multiple computers.

A hub and a switch both connect computer together, but a switch has much less data collision meaning faster access.

Routers are the ones that sometimes have a built in switch.
