It asked me if I wanted to give internet access to MS QMgr. I said no for that time. Do I want it to be able to access the internet? What's it do?

Do a find for it on your computer. Sounds like a print queue manager by Micro$oft??? Once you find it on your computer see who is the manufacturer and visit their website to see what it does. All the advice a dogger has to give.

Disable it in msconfig! It is a program part of the new update to MSN messenger and MSN Explore. I wrote microsoft about it and they told me that they couldn't devulge that information to the end user and hoped I understood. Well, I don't so it's disabled and has no effect on either program.

I did open the files and it appears to be part of auto upgrade features or at least that is what it is disguised as.;)
