Having problems with SMC7004AWBR

After installing it, I haven't been able to use video conferencing or send or recieve files using any instant messenger. Can't even use the pc to pc call option. Can anyone help me please.

You may need to set your computer up as the DMZ host in order for it to work. Or at the minimum, it may require you to set up some port forwarding.

I tried the DMZ and nothing changes.
