shields up

I`ve just done a port probe at Shields Up, the results were good except for one port . Is this normal or have I set up Tiny Firewall wrong.
The message is :

Service = HTTP

The web is so insecure these days that new security "exploits" are being discovered almost daily. There are many known problems with Microsoft's Personal Web Server (PWS) and its Frontpage Extensions that many people run on their personal machines. So having port 80 "open" as it is here causes intruders to wonder how much information you might be willing to give away.

well here is a simple question for you. Are you running a server or do you leave microsoft personal web server open for any reason???

hi matt,
no im not running a server,only one pc , running win ME, with a cable modem. when i installed `TINY`i went with the default, when i tried to connect with I.E and Outlook Express i clicked on "create a filter rule and don`t ask again". hope thats enough info to help, if not let me know and i`ll try to give the correct info.
