If you have to repair IE, dont you go to control panel, add & remove programs, click IE and it asks if you want to repair, remove, or uninstall? Well I do not have IE in the list. What can I do?

It's only an option if you've updated IE at MS Update site.

If you have never downloaded IE, it will not be in add/remove box:)
