What u want me to do in internet connection wizard ?
My OS is XP so I don't really remember but I believe there is some kind of box in there about proxy, leave it unchecked.:)
Click on the Connection you are on right now in the Internet Connection Wizard. At the third step, uncheck all the boxes, and you should be proxy free.
If not, then I suggest you reinstall Windows. First, partition your drives so that you have two if you haven't do so. Then, move all your improtant personal files to the new drive. A good Program is Partition Magic, which you can get a trial version that you use for 30 Days. Or if you have a burner/Cd writer, save all your contents on a CD, so you can import the data back to the drive once you install the new Windows.
Next, format the drive by right-clicking the drive, the option should be there. Then proceed to reinstall Window. If you have lost the CD-Key, then PM me and I will give you one.
