I am trying to setup my SMC router to use SUSCOM@home. I have a three computer LAN at present working with the router using a ISP that just requires a cloned MAC address. Everything works fine. Due to events beyond my control I am forced to start using SUSCOM@home in the next week or so. My question is how to set up the router. I have been given a COMPUTER NAME (example..10020002030) and WORKGROUP name of ...@home. Trying to do the conversion with out using the @home software which has been described as intrusive and AOL like! The Quick Guide talks about @home and says you will be given a host name (same as COMPUTER NAME?) and to place that name in the "HOST NAME" field of the SET/WAN/DHCP part of setup. Where does the WORKGROUP name of ...@home go?

I would appreciate and help or information from those of you who have @home account and have been able to get the router working.

Well, I don't use @home, and I have a different SMC router than you, but I'm guessing it's pretty similar. If you have a dynamic IP address, which is sounds like you do, then just put @home in the host name field, and I think that should be it. If you have another type of WAN, it would be beneficial if you could post a screen shot of the page you're trying to fill out, and I'll help you figure out what goes where. As for the workgroup and computer names, it sounds like those go on your computer, like they want you to rename your computer and workgroup, but I could be wrong.
