I just got a promotional e-mail stating that I could get this for $20. I assume its thier way to get me to stop using InoculateIT PE and use their new software.

I tried it and didn't like it. Lots of false positives.

That is exactly the reason for the email.

InnoculateIT PE is going to be around for quite some time and there will be the same regular updates for it so don't change.
