Unreal Tournament Problem on LAN

The laptop which has a Netgear FA410TX and another computer having the Linksys LNE100TX connected through a hub can't connect in Unreal Tournament. I can play any other network game fine except for UT. When I host, the other computer can't see me under LAN games and I can't even see my computer under LAN games. When the other computer hosts, I can't find him but the other computer has their own computer listed under LAN games. What's wrong? What should all my UT settings be?

Can you do "Open Location" and manually enter the IP address of the "server"?

Can you at least ping the other machine?

Is "Advertise Server" checked off when you start the server?

Is the Connection Type set correctly when you start the server?

I can't open manually. I'll check to see if advertise server is on.
