Remote Administration

Hello All,

I am looking for a remote administration solution for our office. We have a network with Win2k and Win98 Clients and a NT4 server. Right now I use pcAnywhere on my 2k client in my office to fix problems on others computers. The only problem with this is that when I am in their machine making repairs, they cannot use their computer. I have played around with Citrix and Terminal Services in Win2k advanced server. The only problem is that they only allow a client to administer the server. I need client to client administration here. Any ideas??
