Ms Excel or CGI

I need some help in MS excel. I would like to know how to take a word from a specific cell and place it at the end of a URL. For example; I would like to take the word NIKE.COM from cell A34 place it at the end of http://www.liquidloop.com/mysite.cgi?domain= and make it clickable http://www.liquidloop.com/mysite.cgi?domain=NIKE.COM. Or is there a CGI script that you may know of the can do this. The database of words is extremely large and growing so I would like to automate this process. if you can help I would really appriciate it.
