Why ?

Ok, i'm wondering why I keep getting knocked offline during online gaiming like UT. I mean right offline, red indicator light flashing on my Terayon cable modem, then it will come back online in less then a minute. Whats up with this down right annoying pain in the arse ? Only happens during those times when i'm playing online.

Happens to me every so often (Atleast 2 times a night)

Call and complain to your ISP. I'm pretty sure it would be sumthin wrong on their end.
