I have Earthlink DSL but I don't use winpoet or any software to login due to the fact that my modem has a slot for username and password (A better Arescom NetDSL 800 model). Anyways I've made several attempts at raises the MTU but it seems to be set a 1490.

If anybody has any tips let me know ?

TCP options string = 020405aa01010402

MTU = 1490
MTU is not fully optimized for broadband. Consider increasing your MTU to 1500 for better throughput.

MSS = 1450
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1450, which is equal to MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 63888
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 63888
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
510400 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
255200 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
127600 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
63800 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2555.52 kbps (319.44 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 1022.208 kbps (127.776 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 33 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

If this is a PPPoE connection you change it in the firmware to 1492,
at MaxFrameSize, REBOOT after you change:)

By firmware you mean the modems firmware ?

I didnt see it there...

Yes the modem firmware, it's in there MaxFrameSize:)

Its on help page below in signature, probably explains it better with pictures but because of red worm virus, page is down until server fixes, maybe later:D :D :D
