We have a NT server NT4 whith two netcard (router ).
We have two classes of IPs ( One class in connected to the first card 34.4.184.XXX) , the other to the second card 192.168.0.XXX ) .
OK
The first group of class 34.4.184.xxx can not see the 192.168.0.XXX group in the neighb network ( because netbios is not routable OK ) ...
We can access the other group only by doing a search of the specific IP ..OK ..
Is there a way to have all the connected IPs ( of the two groups) in my neigb network ...?????

Yup, you said it. NetBIOS won't route between different subnets unless different subnets are being routed on the same physical LAN. You might as well get a switch to physically connect your 34.184.xxx.xxx and 192.168.0.xxx interfaces on the same physical network.

OK..so your NT maching is running as an ICS server...an internet gateway right? Then I'm assuming to a hub and so on....?
Everything looks good and with Netbeui installed on both PCs it should work..it doesn't matter if netbeui's not routable, your not running it through a router (unless i totally misread your post). Just make sure that both PCs are part of the same workgroup ..other than that well........I tried.

The two groups have to be connected to the router (not to the swich ).
And as i said (confirmed by MosDef112 ) Netbios is not routable .
Even with same workgroup name , they do not appear

Why do you need to route two subnets between two different LAN's? Just curious.. I would think it would be easier to have all PC's on the same physical LAN, and enable routing at the switch between both 192.168.0.0 and 34.184.0.0 subnets. That is, of course, if you're running VLAN's, then that won't be possible.

Because of "SECURITY" ,i dont want to put both subnets
in the same switch , this will make all the PC's appearing
in the network .I want to give this possibility to only
administrators of each sides .

I see.. Well.. In order to gain some, you have to lose some in this scenario. Unless you do a search, you won't see the PC's in both subnets in network neighborhood via discovery since in order for discovery to work, both subnets have to be running on the same physical LAN. Network neighborhood does a master browser database on nodes discovered via NetBIOS, not IP. NetBEUI would work fine since it broadcasts across networks, but again on single physical LAN's. Sorry.

You mean , Unless they are connected to a switch , No solution OK
