I want to install Win98SE on my RAID system, so I partitioned it like my Screenshot:

If I boot with Win98SE Bootdisk and CD it prompts after running setup.exe:
"Can install on NTFS device or s.th. like that --> be sure to have a valid MS-DOS drive. (canīt translate 100% because it is german -sorry!)
What went wrong? I have made a FAT32 Drive, is it the problem that it is a logical one not an extendet!? If so I have to kill s.o. because I copied rd. 30GB of data on an 3rd HDD which I have only till friday! I have to do the same again and removing the 70,31GB partition in order the make both "extendet" not a "logical" ?!
Please give me an advise!!!
Thanks,
