Hey X :)

32 & 32 eh? Seems rather high but I'll try it out and see how it works. Do you find those server settings help?

Right now mine is 5 and 5 :0

Its not too high. Just don't go above 50 or you will notice a slowdown. Yes these settings do help.

What the difference between the two MaxConnectionsPer server settings?

I really don't know. All i know is that both open up more connections.

If you go to www.speedguide.net home page and then to Advanced Tweaks then go to the bottom of the page you will see some good numbers

Im on Bell Sympatico DSL and I put both my maxconnections at 500 and 500, the web page loading speed increased heavily.

Try that and see the results, if it doesnt work for you, consider a decrease

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT RUN OVER 32.

MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server 32
MaxConnectionsPerServer 16

OR

MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server 20
MaxConnectionsPerServer 10

Try both and use the one that works best for you. Really big numbers can cause REALLY big problems over time... I know from experience!

I'm on Bell Sympatico too and I find now real dif. between the values at 10 / 20 and when there at 500 / 500. Plues I know its a lot safer for my computer to have it at values between 5 and 25.
