Ok i have have @home with COmcast. For a while it was going great..but now they capped my upload speeds at 15 kbs/s. I tried various uncappers but none of them seem to work. Currently i am using windows 2000. Is there a way around the upload speed. If so can anyone please help me...if u have a way or need further information please feel free to email me at robzbetheman@home.com.

Uncapping is a no-no. Have you tried tweaking it for better throughput? We have patches here that help just that. Not downloads specifically, but total throughput. You can try them, there in the patch page. The link is in my signature, good luck.

I have the 1.5M to 3.0M down and 128K caps

upload isn't capped so tightly for me

I haven't uncapped or anything like that, I just tweak the hell outta my machine and get better speeds...............I only wish I could increase my download speeds
