output speed problems under w2k

Hello

I have a 10mbit broadband connection ...10mbit inn/out, full duplex... but for some unknown reason i only get 2mbit outgoing speed under win2k pro.
Now under linux i get 10mbit ... I should get the same speed in win2k... i have used the .reg file found on speedguide.net ..and other stuff ..but i cant get pass the 2mbit "barrier"

So i'm wondering if anyone else has been experiencing anything like this before ..and have managed to fix it

You don't have NIC card set to full duplex do you,
set it to half or auto sense or detect:)

wish it was that easy ..but it isn't

the card is set to full duplex :)
