Vcache & Virtial Memory

Hi all, well this is my first message to the boards. Hi all!!

I've been using the tweaks from SG for about 4 months now, some top advice i have to say. Lobo you seem to be the man in the know :)

Anyways, can anyone advise me on what i should set my Vcache and Virtual memory to.

I am using ME and generally use my comp for Gaming (Counter-Strike) & Surfing!

I have set it to run as a Network Server, but so far the Virtial Memory is handled by Windows. Also wondering if i should alter the Vcache on system.ini.
