can't connect to fav CS server thru router

I'm getting a 'cant connect error, LAN servers restricted to local clients. Class C' error when attempting to connnect to a particular server.
I'm running a cable modem through a linksys router on my home network.
Other servers work fine, and I can ping the server in question.

Any ideas?

Whoever is running this server opened up a local LAN server instead of an internet server. Therefore, only computers local to his private IP class (no public IPs) will be able to join.

Well that blows....it was my favorite server. He must have changed something within the last couple of days.
