win98 regitry tips...Help!

Using your registry tips section, I went into reg edit under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP
and was unable to find any of the entries you suggest editing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

p.s. same applies for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\NetTrans\000n
