This is a nifty program that allows you to launch programs at different CPU priority levels wich saves you the time of writing complex batch files or alt tabbing wich can cause problems in some games.

You simply give it a name... point it to the executable and you can add extra parameters as well (eg. hl.exe -console -noipx -game cstrike) etc etc

Juggernaut that is obviously an easy step but for someone who is new to such things this would be much easier, and it allows you to have as many programs in your list so that by simply clicking the icon in your tray you can select the game/app you wish to launch instead of having multiple batch files for each program.
