Slow Upstream problem....

I finally narrowed it down to a slow upstream from my cable is the root of my problems getting booted from games all the time.

Now what can I do to fix this? Tweaks, patches, maybe the advanced tab under my NIC card? Thanks in advance.

Are you using a router.. I had some problems when I started using a Linksys BEFSR41 with Tribes 1 because it did not have
NAT support .. It kept kicking me and error Invalad packet would pop up.. If you have a router update tp the latest firmware

If not update your nic card to latest drivers (well do that anyway)
