ok here is my complete pc profile and my connection

PC:
400Mhz
128Mb ram
AMD k6

Connection:
ADSL Download 200Kbps MAX,Upstream 13 Kbps

SouthwesternBell Provider
this connection may seem pitiful but i totally know i can go faster
Every Test iv taken shows that i can go up to 1Mbps and my uplaod should be about 108kbps
Anyone know whats my problem plz help me out im totally helpless with my connection

Where are you getting all these numbers from?
What speed package did you purchase and what are your actual speeds?
To check actual perfromance, use dslreports.com as well by downloading a relatively large file.

im not sure but they told me that my speeds could go up to 1mbps and uplaod should at least be 300kbps
i think it was the one 700kbps download and 300kbps upstream

i think it was the one 700kbps download and 300kbps upstream If that's the case, downstream checks out but upstream is lacking. How far are you from your CO?
