Do these patches also improve ping?

I have ADSL and I'm already getting a good speed. I'm limited at 1.5Mbit but I almost reach that limit all the time so I don't need to improve my download speeds. What I would like to improve is my ping for multiplayer games, would these patches do this?

it all depends. Do you have the windows defaults or have you already applied an other tweak. If you havn't applied any tweaks you could go faster. The only thing that has improved my ping is they system.ini tweak and the ramdrive. If you wan't to tweak or have more questions about tweaking go to the tweaking forum:)
