RWIN and MTU?

alright i got a program called MTUSpeed
and i can configure RWIN and MAXMTU
what are the best numbers i can put?

oh i heard there are better programs for this
if u know any good ones tell me

AMD k6 ;)Go to DSLreports.com They have a program there called Dr.TCP, real simple to use. A 3 step way of getting your MTU to 1492(if PPPoE,Winpoet)1500 if Cable. I was afraid of messing with those setings for fear of screwin' up the whole system. My system is hummin' now!Check it out!!!
