Ok here is my situation:
I am trying to enable a single Verizon e-mail account so multiple users can access that single account and view all mail currently there. But of course, when you send/recieve e-mail you are downloading the mail from the pop3, and when the next user attempts to access the account the mail is no longer there.

Please Help

Is there an option to leave a copy of the email on the server? Hence, it would be like Outlook, where you elect to have personal folders? Personal folders pull down the email, whereas, without the messages stay on the server. I would call verizon to see if they have this ability. If not, is there a way to access the email via the web?

I have been looking through the options menu and see know way of accessing the mail without downloading it from the server ..... I know there has to be a way to set this up. I called Verizon and they have no clue about what I'm talkin about.

If you are using Outlook Express do this:

Tools- Accounts- your email account- properties- advanced- then check the box that says leave copy of messages on the server.
