Ok guys need some help...I have flashed the router with (1.39firmware) and I still can't get MSN pc to pc to work... I can type and send messages ok but when I try to use the vioce part it fails....
I have I think set all the correct ports up in the port trigger page..and disabled DHCP and set the DMZ zone ... but I have not changed the IP's from Auto on my comp to assigned ones....what do I have to do to get this to work...

If I take the router out of line it works fine..

Just to let all know I got it working............ and icq pc to pc also works now ............

Good to hear ! What exactly did you have to do?

I upgraded to the latest firmware first 1.39..........and then set my port trigger page up with the ports that icq....msn use ........and also setup port forwarding to my ip addy.............then set the dmz to my comp..........and it worked..........but I had to reboot my comp....as well as my modem and power down the router as well.........I think the last bit of powering down the router is a key part wich is not mentioned in any documentation to do this...

Good to hear all is working. One thing though, if you have your pc set up at the DMZ I believe that you wouldn't have to forward any ports.
