60kbsp on LAN transfers ?!??!

Well i got my lan set up
and i am only sending 60 kbsp to my other computer, which is sitting right next to each other ..

ANyone have a clue

Well, a little more info could help us all out a lot.

Are you using a hub to connect the Puters together or are you just running a cable from one pc to the other? If you are going from just one pc to the other, then make sure you are using a cross over cable. These are generally yellow in color.
If possible, please post other hardware you are using, as well as have you have your computers network settings configured.
